Some products may be offered as subscriptions or pre-orders. This policy explains how these purchase options work and how you can change or cancel them.

Subscriptions

When you purchase a subscription, you will receive repeat deliveries based on the duration and frequency you select.

• Your payment details are stored securely.

• You will be charged for each delivery unless you choose to prepay.

• Some subscriptions may auto-renew at the end of their term.

You can cancel or change your subscription at any time.
Your confirmation email contains a link to manage your subscription directly.

Pre-Orders

Pre-orders allow you to purchase products that are currently out of stock or launching soon.

• We may collect no payment or a partial deposit at checkout.

• We will store your payment method and charge the full or remaining balance when the item ships.

You may cancel a pre-order that has not yet been fulfilled.
If the pre-order has already been fulfilled, you cannot cancel, but you may request a refund in line with our Returns Policy.
