We started Koala Pets because dogs deserve better.

 

Most dog treats are full of ingredients you'd never choose yourself — fillers, preservatives, artificial flavours. We wanted something simpler. Something you could hand to your dog without having to squint at the label first.

Koala Pets was founded by Matthew & Byron in Pembrokeshire, Wales, with one straightforward goal: natural treats made from ingredients that actually make sense. That's it. No shortcuts, no nasties.

We're a small, independent business that cares about doing things properly. Every product we sell is something we'd give to our own dogs without a second thought. Our chews are grain-free, gluten-free, and made using a traditional methods that's been around for centuries — because sometimes the old ways just work.

We're not a faceless corporation. We're a small team of four people in West Wales that genuinely loves dogs and takes pride in what we put our name on.
