Klarna may allow you to:

Shop Pay Installments

Shop Pay may allow you to pay in instalments over time (subject to eligibility). This is handled directly by Shop Pay/affirm.

Both Klarna and Shop Pay Installments are optional and subject to approval by the provider.

Subscriptions & Repeat Billing

Some products may be available as a subscription with repeat deliveries.

  • Your payment details are stored securely by Shopify’s payment partners

  • You will be charged automatically for each billing cycle

  • You can cancel or modify your subscription at any time via the link in your order email

Pre-Orders

Pre-order items may be charged in full at checkout or authorised for payment and charged when the product ships (depending on product type).

You may cancel a pre-order prior to fulfilment.
Refunds are handled under our Returns Policy.

VAT & Invoices

Koala Pets (Bear and Koala Ltd) is a VAT-registered UK business.

  • All prices include VAT where applicable

  • VAT invoices can be requested for business purchases

  • Refunds (where approved) will return VAT to the original payment method

If you require a VAT invoice, please email us after checkout with your business details.

Currency

All transactions are processed in GBP (£).

Security

We do not store full card details.
All payments are encrypted and processed securely by Shopify Payments and third-party providers.

Refunds to Original Payment Method

Eligible refunds will be returned to the same payment method used at checkout.
